I've been in production for more than 10 years and am amazed at the improvement in equipment for the small producer.  Tell our viewers about your experiences, ie, the headaches and rewards!

What about video production?  I've tried several video productions and find that the time needed to do a really great job is just not financially practical for me.  What's been your experience?
